Jim Monk is Chief Executive Officer and President for Tritus Insurance Group.Since Tritus Insurance Group inception Mr. Monk has been responsible for overseeing business activities and developing/driving strategic planning, market analysis, operations, and product alignment. Mr. Monk brings business experience ranging from strategic business formulation and service development, to product positioning, and customer relationship management.
Prior to Tritus Insurance Group, Mr. Monk served as President and Owner of a regional retail insurance agency in Texas.
Before entering the insurance industry, Mr. Monk was a co-founder and managing partner of Affinity Partners International which specialized in the recruitment and delivery of senior management within the technology industry throughout the US and worldwide.
Mr. Monk holds Bachelor of Science degrees from University of Phoenix with a thrust in international business, organizational development, and business management.

Executive Vice President of Sales |
Ryan Lowe is Executive Vice President of Sales for Tritus Insurance Group. Mr. Lowe’s responsibilities encompass sales initiatives, business and product development, and marketing for Tritus Insurance Group. He continuously looks to introduce new technologies, training opportunities, and business solutions for his sales team and clients.
With 6 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Mr. Lowe has extensive knowledge of both mortgages and insurance industry concepts and trends.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Lowe was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Meridas Capital and City Mortgage Group . Mr. Lowe brings with him 12 plus years of sales experience with an emphasis on sales training and effective sales methods. He’s worked with organizations such as Brian Tracy International, the American Sales Trainers Association and the Productivity People as a national sales trainer, motivational speaker, and sales coach. Mr. Lowe has trained thousands of salespeople across the country in various industries including real estate, mortgage, and insurance.
Mr. Lowe is a native of the Slidell, LA – New Orleans area and holds a BS in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Regional Vice President of Sales Midwest |
John DiBenedetto serves as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Midwest region of Tritus Insurance Group. His responsibilities include recruitment, training, and sales initiatives of key regional management and sales staff.
Mr. DiBenedetto brings over 10 years of sales and management experience focused primarily in the mortgage and insurance industries with emphasis placed on marketing and business development.
Prior to joining Tritus Insurance, Mr. DiBenedetto built a successful business as an independent insurance agent for Health Markets and The National Association of the Self Employed, a non-profit organization giving small business owners access to resources they typically could not afford. Mr. DiBenedetto also served as Sales and Business Development Manager for 1st Capital Mortgage, where he trained and developed sales teams in Chicago Illinois, a very competitive market in the mortgage industry.
Prior to his work at 1st Capital Mortgage, Mr. DiBenedetto was a very successful Loan Originator in the mortgage industry continually looking for new avenues to develop business. He implemented several referral and marketing programs designed to integrate the mortgage, real- estate, and insurance industries
Mr. Dibenedetto is a graduate of The Illinois Institute of Art where he attained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Design.

Regional Vice President of Sales Southwest |
Brian Bond is Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southwest region of Tritus Insurance Group. Mr Bond is responsible for agent retention, training, product knowledge, business development, and sales initiatives of key regional management and sales associates.
Mr. Bond brings over 8 years of business experience, primarily in management, sales and marketing focusing on the mortgage market and marketing industries.
Prior to Tritus Insurance Group, with 5 years experience, Mr. Bond successfully earned the position as the number one producer for one of the top 15 mortgage brokerage companies in the country. Mr. Bond actively recruited and trained Mortgage Brokers to exceed the industries sales standards. Mr. Bond developed marketing campaigns that increased sales on a consistent basis and implemented monthly and quarterly advertising to retain customer relations. Mr. Bond also served as a Marketing Director recruiting and managing sales associates in a highly competitive market, creating solutions for company expansion and brand awareness.
Mr Bond is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, after graduating, Mr. Bond established a successful marketing firm.

Regional Vice President of Sales for the Texas Region |
Mr. Long is responsible for agent recruitment, training, relationship fostering, product knowledge, case studies, business development and sales processes for insurance producers and regional managers.
Mr. Long offers a vast knowledge in sales, recruiting and training with over 10 years of experience that range from information technology, sales, sales training & management, and corporate business development.
Prior to joining Tritus, Mr. Long was a successful entrepreneur developing several small businesses that included web development, insurance & financial services, sports marketing and training. Mr. Long has been ranked number one and has broken several records in various sales-related roles throughout his career. Prior to tenure as an entrepreneur Mr. Long held the position of Business Development Manager.
Mr. Long is a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Long holds a Bachelor of Science degree from OU in MIS. He went on to become a former world class sprinter in track and field having held the titles of World Champion, USA Champion, All-American (6 times) and Big-8 Champion (7 times).
